SA: All British Day at Echunga Sports Ground, South Australia – Sunday, 10 February 2019
All British Day Sunday, 10 February 2019 – Feature display – British Racing Heritage
This is the BOCA South Australian Squadron’s traditional first sortie of the year. It is a display and picnic day for enthusiastic club members to meet and show off their British motor vehicles at the Echunga Sports Grounds in the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
The BOCA South Australian Squadron will again present a display of nine Bristol Cars. A breakfast barbecue and lunch will be available in the BOCA gazebos on the day to the South Australian Squadron and interstate BOCA visitors.
On the day
BOCA South Australian Club Marshals enter via GATE A from 8.00am. BOCA entrants enter via GATE B from 9.00am.
Please take a look at the ABD 2019 Oval BIG map (PDF). You will see that this year we are located on the outer ring of Oval #2 in the shade of a couple of big gum trees (see aerial photo below). Our Gazebos will provide further comfort. The BOCA barbecue will be sizzling as well, providing a bargain $6 per head for: A barbecue breakfast of egg and bacon sandwiches, assorted kebabs and salad for lunch, with tea and coffee throughout the day, and fruit cake for afternoon tea. To assist with catering quantities, please let us know if you would like to partake in the $6 barbecue package.
Things to remember
- And please remember to throw in your picnic table and chair(s) and cool drinks. Also If you have a spare chair or two for our friends from Tassie who will be travelling lightly could you please put your hand up and let us know.
