NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of the Bristol Owners’ Club of Australia Inc. will be held on Thursday, 20 November 2014 at the East Malvern RSL Club, Stanley Grose Drive, Malvern East Vic commencing at 8:00pm.
At the meeting all committee positions will be declared vacant. A copy of the relative Nomination Form is enclosed herewith.
Nominations are required to be lodged with the Secretary, Bob Leffler, no later than 21 days prior to the AGM.
In the event of there being more than one nomination for any committee position, a proxy voting form will be forwarded to each member 14 days prior to the AGM which is to be returned to the Secretary no later than 7 days prior to the AGM.
Business to be conducted at the Meeting includes:
Acceptance of the Minutes of the 2013 AGM
Reports of the year’s activities by the President
Reports by the Secretary and Treasurer
Report by the Newsletter Editor
Report by the Spare Parts Co-Coordinator
Election of Committee and Officer Bearers
The appointment of the Spare Parts Sub-Committee.
